FAQ - Direct2u Inflatable Rentals
How Long Are Your Rental Periods?
We are flexible and offer pricing discounts for shorter duration events. Please see individual unit pages for pricing and rental durations. As of this writing, we offer 3 hour, 6 hour, full day and multi-day rental options.
All of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. In the metro delivery is free. Outside of the 7-county Twin Cities there are additional fees and minimum event prices apply.
$100 deposits are required to secure events. Deposits are non-refundable. We allow rescheduling for free up until the time we leave for deliveries the day of your event. Cancellations (not reschedules) are only allowed outside of 1 week from the event date and you forfeit your deposit if you chose to cancel instead of reschedule. We require full prepayment for events 1 week prior to rentals, if your rental is less than 1 week away when booking, we ask for the full total.
When Do You Deliver/Take-Down The Inflatables?
Unless prior arrangements have been made by us or you to set up earlier or pick up later, we will typically set-up just prior and take down immediately after your event even depending on the number of units you have rented. Most events can be set up and taken down within 1.5 hours of the start and end times.
Does Someone Need To Be On-Site For Delivery?
Preferably, yes. Please let us know if you cannot be there as early in the rental process as possible. We will need access and specific instructions on where units will be placed ahead of time.
How Many People At A Time?
Varies by the inflatable, but on a XL bounce houses, weight is capped at 1,000 lbs. So 8-9 kids, or 5-6 adults.
We need an outlet on it's own separate circuit for each blower. If your rental unit requires 2 outlets, that typically means we cannot plug both blowers into the same one due to high amp usage. We include a 100' extension cord with each unit. If the source is further away than that, you will need to rent a generator(s) from us.
What Surfaces Do You Operate On
Grass, Gym Floors, Or Carpet are free. Asphalt and concrete will have an additional fee for wear/tear and the sandbag labor required in those situations. Sorry, no rocky surfaces.
Who's Responsible For Damage?
Normal wear and tear is part of our cost to operate the inflatables. In most cases we take care of the problem and move on. However, in the case damage is caused to the inflatable due to actions (or lack there of) specifically prohibited/outlined in the rules, fees will be assessed. Please follow your provided operating instructions and contract agreement.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Yes, please check our bundles page. The more you rent, the bigger discount you get.
